Product Overview

1. National standard flange WQ(D)-S stainless steel precision casting sewage submersible pump adopts stainless steel precision casting shell, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, environmental protection, high lift and large flow.

2. The oil chamber adopts a fluorine rubber double-sided mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single-sided fluorine rubber mechanical oil seal structure, which effectively reduces the sealing water problem caused by the friction between the skeleton oil seal and the shaft.

3. The motor adopts high-temperature wire, F-class insulation, and thermal protection device, which effectively prolongs the service life of the pump.

4 . According to the customer's requirements, it can be equipped with a stirring device, which generates a strong stirring force with the rotation of the motor shaft, and mixes the sediment in the sewage tank into a suspended substance and then discharges it. It can also be equipped with a cutting device, which can discharge long fibers, plastics, paper bags, straws and other debris into the sewage.

WQ-S Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump

SPECIFICATION

• Based on the center of the impeller, the submerged depth shall not exceed 5m

• The temperature of the conveying medium is not higher than 60℃

• The PH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13)

• The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7x10-7~23x 10-6m²/s
