• KBS submersible slurry pump ( also named a submersible dewatering pump or submersible drainage pump）with a 4-pole motor for an increased lifetime and greater convenience.

• High chrome alloy impeller of KBS submersible slurry pump combined with agitator for pumping heavy slurry.

• Slim design with a top discharge enabling installation in a smaller casing.

• For bentonite mixed water in foundation works or muddy water in civil engineering works.

• The body of the motor of KBS submersible slurry pump is made of rigid cast iron for long-lasting durability.

• Greatly increased submersion depth due to mechanical seal resistant to high pressure.

• Both semi-open impeller and wear plate are made of high chrome alloy.

• The hardness of this material is at least 58 HR, it’s more durable than other materials(ductile iron).

• Effective motor cooling due to discharge channel cast as part of the motor housing.

MAIN ADVANTAGES

• Watertight Cable Entry of KBS submersible slurry pump: The cable entry employs an anti-wicking block where each conductor is stripped and encapsulated in epoxy. This feature effectively prevents water from penetrating the motor chamber when the cable end is submerged or the cable sheath is damaged.

• Top Discharge and Side Flow Design: Designed to cool the motor with pumped water even at low water levels, this feature forms the cylindrical and slim shape of the pump and enables the pump to be installed in confined spaces.

• Motor Protector: The motor incorporates a circle thermal protector which protects against overheating and dry-run.

Submersible 4-Pole Motor: Air-filled motor, housed in a watertight casing, conforms to Class F insulation. The 4-pole motor helps reduce impeller wear.

• High Chrome Iron Impeller: PRORIL patent formula, ACrS Tech is applied to all high chrome iron impellers. This technology increases wear resistance to particle abrasion.

• Rugged Cast Iron Construction: The whole cast iron pump features a simple, robust structure that provides durability and impact resistance against rough conditions.
